Homemade Cinnamon Twists!

Hi Foodie Friends,
Indulge in a delightful treat with our latest recipe, homemade cinnamon twists! These delicious twists are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth and are incredibly easy to make.
Ingredients
2 cups large pasta shells
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar:
In a shallow bowl, mix the sugar and ground cinnamon.
Set the bowl aside.
Heat the Oil:
In a deep frying pan or pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). The oil should be deep enough to allow the pasta shells to float and expand.
Fry the Pasta Shells:
Carefully drop a few pasta shells at a time into the hot oil. The shells will puff up quickly and turn golden brown in about 1-2 minutes.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried pasta shells from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Coat with Cinnamon Sugar:
While the pasta shells are still warm, toss them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
Serve:
Serve the cinnamon twists warm and enjoy!
