Peppermint Bark Cheesecake Parfaits Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies (e.g., Oreos)

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

  • Whipped cream for topping

  • Chocolate shavings or extra peppermint candies for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Make the Crust Layer: Mix crushed cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Divide evenly into serving glasses or jars.
