Restaurant Style Ranch
Ingredients:
3/4 quart mayonnaise
3/4 quart buttermilk
1/4 cup onion powder
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup dill
Pinch of ground celery
1 cup sour cream
Your favorite hot sauce, to taste
Instructions:
Combine the mayonnaise, buttermilk, and sour cream in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and well blended.
Add the onion powder, black pepper, salt, dill, and ground celery. Stir until all the spices are evenly distributed.
Slowly pour in the heavy cream while continuing to whisk, ensuring the mixture remains smooth.
Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Just before serving, stir in your favorite hot sauce.
